If you use the Ticketmatic app as a theatre and you are looking for a good quality scanner, then you have come to the right place.
We have been working with around 175 theatres in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg for more than 10 years<\/span><\/strong> to ensure that the entrance tickets can be scanned quickly and correctly.

Update current scanners<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n

To ensure that everything runs smoothly in the new theatre season, it may be a good idea to have the current scanners checked by us.
We advise theatres to do this once every 2 to 3 years<\/strong> <\/span>to ensure that your ticket control can continue without delay.
Updating the scanner means that we install the latest firmware<\/strong><\/span>, the most recent version<\/strong><\/span> of the Ticketmatic app<\/strong><\/span> and that the latest android version<\/strong><\/span> is installed on the scanner. We check the scanner for physical defects and we will also clean the device and, if desired, put on new stickers on the scanning device.
The standard cost for a service check <\/strong><\/span>is \u20ac35<\/strong><\/span>.

One of the scanners that we recommend in combination with Ticketmatic is the Datalogic Joya\u00a0Smart<\/strong><\/a><\/span>
This handscanner has Android 15 <\/strong><\/span>and a new generation processor<\/strong><\/span> which will make sure apps load faster<\/strong><\/span> and run<\/strong> <\/span>smoother.

4G\/5G Data connection?<\/h4>\n\n\n

In addition to the Datalogic Joya Smart <\/strong><\/a><\/span>we also offer the Datalogic Memor 17<\/a>,<\/strong><\/span> Datalogic Memor 35<\/a><\/span><\/strong> or Newland MT90<\/a><\/span><\/strong> which has the possibility to work with a SIM card.
This makes this device perfect for example outdoor locations<\/strong> <\/span>where no (or unreliable) WiFi connection is available.<\/p>\n\n\n

Remote support<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n

We also offer the option for hulp op afstand<\/strong> (remote support<\/strong>)<\/span>, with this service we can resolve many software problems or, for example, incorrect settings of the hand scanner. The advantage of this remote assistance is that the scanner does not have to be sent to us and in most cases you can continue scanning the same evening as you are used to. We also offer several rental solutions<\/a><\/strong><\/span>!
We rent out the Newland MT90<\/a><\/span><\/strong> handheld scanner, suitable for both in-<\/strong><\/span> and outdoor<\/strong><\/span> use, due to the built in 4G<\/strong><\/span> (excluding SIM card) and WiFi<\/strong><\/span>.
In addition to hand scanners, we also offer selfscan kiosks<\/strong> <\/span>for rental, these are ideal for use as a hospitality solution.
In addition to the ticket check, the (selfscan) kiosks can also provide information about walking routes, placement, parking or the catering options in the theatre for example.<\/p>\n\n\n
