Handheld scanners
Organiseert u een evenement en heeft u een scanner of zelfscanzuil van hoge kwaliteit nodig, zonder dat u deze hoeft aan te schaffen en te beheren? Dan hebben wij de perfecte oplossing voor u: verhuur.
Our portfolio of rental scanners consists of Newland MT90 and several OPTICON Companion Scanners.
Depending on your wishes, we can equip the device with an application that aligns with your event (for example Ticketmatic).
You can use the scanner to scan an admission ticket in the form of a barcode.
We also offer the option to read the scanned data afterwards and send this data to you for your own use.
Within our rental options we distinguish 2 types of scanners:
- Scanners with local storage are often used at indoor locations such as trade fairs or one-day events. The data can be read by yourself via a PC or, if desired, at our office. We can then forward this data for your own use.
- Scanners with 4G and Wi-Fi support; these scanners are ideal for indoor and outdoor use, or when no Wi-Fi connection is available.
Please note, the scanner is supplied without a 4G SIM card. You must purchase this yourself and insert it into the device.
If desired, we can supply and install a data SIM card in the device for an additional fee.

We ensure that everything is ready for use before the scanner is shipped.
The scanner is charged and configured with the correct apps, optionally provided with your Wi-Fi and/or app details if we have received them.
Rented scanners can be equipped with a docking station or USB charger.
In addition, we can optionally equip the Newland MT90 with a Pistol Grip, which makes holding the scanner easier.
The scanner will be delivered on the desired date and address and you can start scanning immediately!
The return of the rented scanner(s) is at your own expense and risk.
Selfscan kiosks
In addition to our scanners, we also offer the option to rent a self-scan kiosk. The advantage of this is that visitors can identify themselves and no (additional) staff are required for assistance. The screen displays all the information necessary for the visitor to understand what is required.
Our self-scan and information kiosks also offer additional hospitality options.
- Explanation about walking routes, placement, parking, catering
- Current information about (traffic) congestion
- A video message from the artist(s) and/or speaker(s) of the day
- Company videos or slide presentations
- Movie trailers, advertisements or offers, events, calendars, programs
(Self)scan kiosks for your company?
Should you be interested in a custom-made scanning column for your company, we would be happy to assist you. Because the scanning columns are manufactured in-house, we can build them for virtually any brand of scanner. In addition to the scanner, a (VESA) screen or tablet can be mounted, a keyboard holder can be installed, and the color of the column can be customized to your liking.
